JEAN SCHWARTZ PAINTINGS

Although my first love is landscape painting I find myself drawn to windows and the effect the natural light has on interiors creating interesting patterns and bright spots of color. Much of what interests me in the light and colors of the natural landscape also exists in my own rooms. Artificial light which I can manipulate over objects that I have a personal connection to will also involve me this winter. These three small paintings represent my first efforts in this area.
